iPhone "loss prevention"?

I'm one who lives out in the country and our bus route takes forever (about an hour it seems). I like to bring my iPhone but it got stolen and I replaced it with another one ... I get very OCD about losing this one.. What I would like to know is if there any methods to keep it from getting stolen... Btw I have to take it with me (not for status symbol) but for communication with my babysitter so if I don't call her (being so far away from home) I'll get in trouble...

Get a case for it so you can attatch it to your belt or hang it round your neck or something.

Also pass-lock it so incase it gets stolen they can't access anything you have on there.

Get rid of your iphone and get a phone with GPS and WM6 so if it gets stolen you can bring the pain to their house.

Well I always keep my phone in my front pocket but if you don' feel comfortable about that then get a case to keep it in. I think putting a password on the phone is a good idea so the phone is useless if it is lost or stolen.

Try keeping it in your pocket.
I cant imagine anything else to do- cases? i dont get how they would do anything except protect the phone from scratches

Just keep it in your sight at all times. Simple as that. If you are leaving it out in the open, and you aren't there with it, might as well hand it to someone to have.

I always keep my valuble stuff in my pockets, just don't put it where you can't feel - like the front pocket of your bag.
I've never had anything stolen from me when it was in my pockets, even when it was bulging out :)

Im not sure about anyone else but when I got my phone I kinda built this connection. If I don't feel it, then theres a problem :P
Like if I dont feel it in my pocket then I automatically search for it. its like this alert that comes on where I check every 5-10 mins :P

Thats how I am with both my Cell phone and my iPod touch, if I dont feel it, theres something wrong. :P
