This thread won't get locked if people keep it "clean" (no in detail stories about how you "touched" one of your friends). And I would never touch any of my friends private parts while they were asleep, male or female, without their consent, that would technically be illegal. If they don't like the fact that you touched them, and they find out that you touched them, that's something like up to 15 years in prison... Plus its just wrong to touch someone without their knowledge while they're asleep, unless you're normally intimate, then its less questionable morally.

^^ There are ALL SORTS of crimes, it depends how far you go... It's just not something I would do... Even if it doesn't get me in legal trouble, I could lose my friend if he (or she) wasn't pleased with my actions.

If I knew I could do it without the friend caring, I MIGHT do it, but I probably wouldn't regardless.

Yeah, it probably falls under sexual assault, if not rape. Being asleep (i.e. unconscious), they can't give permission. They may indeed wake up and tell you to stop, but that doesn't erase whatever you've done already and won't make them feel very safe around you. They can press charges, and you can face serious consequences. You may also have to register as a sex offender, depending on your age and the severity of the assault.

I'm not going to lock this thread yet. (Those of you who posted just to say that this thread will get locked, please remember not to do that in the future. Just report the post, instead of bumping a thread that you believe violates the rules. :)) I suppose that, for those of you who have done this, you may want to know if you're alone or not.
