Wait tomorrow to call out of respect, especially if you arn't sure whether or not it's okay to call this late.
A) Of course, clear the school date up.
B) Clear this up too if you want, doesn't seem too important.
C) Thank her, tell her what you thought about them.
As for your question that you want to ask at school, if you feel comfortable with asking her, then go on ahead. Like you said, if you're willing to wait, she sounds like she's totally worth it = ]

Awwww.....!
I know personally the power of brownies, so i can sympathisize completely here, so i'm pretty confident of my advice.
I think you should stop at the store and get her one of those really big black and white cookie things, or maybe a bag of those really rich, incredible Pepperidge Farm Chocolate Macadamia cookies (or whatever strikes your fancy), and give them to her with a big smile, and say you want to share it with her after lunch.
Forget your nervousness here, any chica that bakes you a brownie really, really likes you. Trust me on this.
Forget the other explainations, just remember to get her some incredible sweet and present it to her with the biggest smile you can muster.
And enjoy! (And remember to come back and give ALL the details!)

No, I'd suggest enjoying the cookie and letting her know that. And make a plan to meet again soon. Smile a lot, too.
If she's not 'dating', don't ask a q that she has to answer negatively, it'll put her in an uncomfortable position and ruin the moment.
When she's ready, she'll let you know. Until then, just be her friend.

Relax! She likes you! She's baked for you! people cook as a way of sharing themselves, it's a very nurturing gesture, and esp. with sweets, like brownies!
i think you're worrying waaaaay to much here, just relax and go up to her with the cookie and remember to smile, make eye contact, and say "Hi!" to her, let her know you missed her over the W/E and would very much like to share thos delicious brownie/cookie/sweet with her. then, ask her when she's free to do so, smile warmly, maybe touch her on the sleeve or something.
She likes you! This exercise is to let her know you feel the same. After that, nature will take it's course.
