ok so im uncut and i've pulled down my foreskin all the way to the back of the head of my penis a couple of times, ones for fun, ones horny, but anyway you guys don't wanna know about that. My point is that every time i've done that i see little white...well they look like pimples but very small, the other thing that bothers me is that they're in a like in bunches or so, but its only on the lower part of the head of my penis, the other sides are just fine. Also my penis is really sensitive when i touch it with the foreskin all the way down.
Are the pimples bad or something? Should i wash my penis more often (i dont do it everytime i take a shower)? Should i tell my dad to tell me to the doctor ( id be really embarassed to do that)? Also why is my penis so sensitive?

If it's like a coating, it could be smegma, does it smell bad?

Next time you're in the shower try and wash it all the way down, pull ur forskin downas if' your'e cut and give you're self a godo wash with a nonsmelly soap, try not to get it down the head!!! it wrecks!

Then make sure you dry off properly and if you have any. a little bit of talc would keep the area dry :P

make sure you're diet is fine, because a unbalanced diet can sometimes cause spots / pimples.

if all else fails, from my advice, and others, please, phone the docs or if you're in the UK, phone the NHS direct, or a similar helpline to try and determine the problem, you could do it in private if your're parents dont check the call out bills :)

OK, if the white lumps are like small white spots then the chances are they are pearlies (I presume by your posting you are not sexually active) and they are harmless, although it's probably best if you mention them next time you see your doc.
You really do need to rince your dick off every time you shower, there's some discussion about the use of soap and it's effects, urine itself is sterile but you can get some pretty nasty stuff building up down there so skin back all the way and give it a good wash every day.
Your head is sensative coz it's not used to being exposed, this is also normal, makes for better wanking and sex :D

Nope. The ones on your scrotum (ball sac) are probably hair follicles, and hair will probably grow out of them in a few months/years. The ones on your penis could also be hair follicles, but some could be Fordyce's spots. Fordyce's spots are basically little patches of fat in the skin. They're completely normal and almost every guy has them. Don't pop them - just let them be. If you really want to get rid of them, there's an expensive laser treatment you could do, but doctors advise against any treatment.

You should retract every time you shower and wash with warm H2O and soap.
It's sensitive b/c it's been covered all this time, that will wear off as you retract in the shower (and also while urinating).

The white dots could either be bits of *stuff* that collect there, or normal skin texture. Obviously the latter if they remain after a shower.
