after i masterbate i always need a wee 5-10 mins after and find the wee doesnt come out as easy as usual is this normal?

Yes, very. It's also good as it cleans out the tubes as it were. :-)

Almost all boys get the urge to urinate after masturbation, it's completely normal and is just what the body is telling us to do.
So it's fine. :-)
