Yay! Congatulations, it takes a lot to come out to your parents. I hope you are actually gay, and not just a stage, that would be embarassing.
Well done dude.

13!! what the hell dude. Your hormones are raging at that age. You may not even turn out to be gay the way they change so fast! seriously.... That wasn't the smartest thing you have ever done. But congratulations regardless for pulling the nerves to tell them how you feel AT THE MOMENT. I advise you not to tell anybody else.

I should ask you, are you attracted to guys Emotionally (you could picture yourself having a boyfriend) and physically (you get erections when you see them)? if you are, congratulations. If you only fantasize about them and get erections when you see them (being curious, not gay), but you can't imagine yourself with a boyfriend or growing old together, you just made one of the hardest-to-fix mistakes of your life so far.

Hey guys I am on a gay forum!
I know for a fact I am gay I have known from the age of 7 or 8 it is about accepting yourself.
I can picture myself with a bf.

I know for a fact that I am 13 as well.

its not all about accepting yourself, its from your true feelings for the same sex.

Congratz but I really wouldn't want to come out to my parents until after I get into college. I probably won't tell them though but what you did is kind of risky. If you're really sure that you're gay?
You like guys physically AND emotionally?
You would have sex with a guy and have feelings for him?
You can still say yes to both of these and turn out to be straight in the end. I wouldn't really advise telling anyone else until you're older like when you're at least 16 or 17. You don't want to rush these things because they can end awkward if you turn out to be straight.
Either way, it took a lot of guts to do that and you should be proud :]
Lets hope you really are gay and going to stay that way.

I say get off of his case, 'cause if he has or will have any doubts about his sexuality, he'll simply say so.
Congrdulations man, 'cause, right now I couldn't even fathom telling my parents that =/

I agree here.
Let him be what he wants to be. It takes guts to come out my parents found out by my step mom snooping around on my aim logs. My dad still won't accept it. I had to buy my own computer b/c I got banned off of the family computer.
It takes a lot of guts to come out congrats.

I understand what its like getting caught. I had once left some guy porn, msn logs with "dirty" stuff on it on my pc and went down to dinner. While I was eating my dad finished first and went up in my room. When I had finished I went up there to see him reading my convo's! He didn't notice me come in. So I went on my downstairs pc and signed on there so he no longer had access to that. Since then I have been far more protective. I think they must have told my sister something because a few days after she would wisher stuff like "I know your gay"
ut oh... I thought I didn't post the first and just clicked back or something. My bad :(

First off if he was asking about whether or not to come out, that would be the time for your guys saying 'No' if you felt it was right. Now though, when he did it, and he accomplished something, it is time for a 'Congratulations' or nothing.
What I have to say though, :P:
Congratz! It must take a lot of courage to do that. Im glad it didn't turn out to bad! :)
