Can you give a bit more description? Is it the nipples themselves, or the breasts?

As boys go through puberty, our breasts start to get bigger, some call it 'swelling'. Simply, boys just get more manly breasts, this is part of the natural development to adulthood. If you want to know the details, the breast tissue enlargens. :-)

A firm what is described as 'knot', I believe, forms under the nipples and can be quite tender. This is known as gynecomastia, and it happens to some boys going through puberty. But it usually dissapears after a while. So your nipples and breasts are just developing, so your nipples will stick out a bit more.

I hope I got right what your talking about? But I don't think it's anything to worry about, we all get it..it's called PUBERTY. And it can be a pain in the ass sometimes. :-)

You are normal.
I know what you are talking about as far as the lumps. They will go away within the next few months.
And your height is completely normal. YOu will probably hit a spurt soon.

Your only 13...so your only new to puberty, so who knows? We can't predict an exact date.
But I expect it will happen, depending on when you started, within the next few years. But we're all different.

hey im 13 and im 5 foot 0 inches,
i know what short is. and your not that small.
i know a kid that has anastazian in his blood which means he will only be abbout 4'11" when he grows up. hes about 4'5" and 13 years old.
your short, just doesnt matter

mine didnt break, it just got deeper and stopped. i prbably shot through it so fast i didnt notice it much
