Well maybe if you're on your back and your erection comes straight up therefore lifting your covers and showing a "bump" or rise in your covers. But honestly I don't think it should concern you, I always sleep in a tshirt and my underwear, as long as you keep your covers on, its all good.

If you sleep on top of your covers or if they pull back the blankets then they may catch you with an erection. And if your boxers/underwear pull up slightly and your penis hangs out where the one of the legs are too they can see your penis.

I sleep just wearing mens bikini briefs, Calvin Klein U1064 to be exact. I have been caught masterbating and its usually because my bedroom door does not have a lock. If I get excited all seven inches will be clearly visible or will have a penis ouline. I think they know better to leave me alone since I don't mind being seen at all. I do that sometimes and worry about the same exact thing. its pretty comfortable to dress with just underwear and a t- shirt, plus easy acess if you want to wackoff. So i lock my door and set the alarm on my cell phone.

I sleep in my briefs. If I don't get up when the alarm goes off, my mom will come in and wake me up. But she doesn't pull the covers off, she just shakes me.
The only chance she might see something is if I'm on my back and I have a boner, but that's the chance I take.
