My penis' length is around 3.5-4 inches erect but my testes are huge.

Btw, they're adult size according to the orchidometer.

Also, im around stage 2 in everything else. Little facial hair on the upper lip, a bit of genital hair.

Does anyone have any clue on whats going on?

It's called PUBERTY

Puberty doesn't go in one easy straight line and stages. Sadly.
Things on your body develop quicker than others do...if you say your only in stage 2 then you've a long way to go...and I guess your younger than me, so you haven't been in puberty for long.

And on average it stops around your early twenties. So your on the way..so don't worry everything else will catch up.

BTW that stage quiz is only a guide not an accurate measurement. :-)

yep your testicles are the first thing to grow i think so dont worry your penis will follow

Technically yes and no.
Your testicles 'drop' while your in the womb. But other parts grow first..

But in puberty it varies between people at what area starts to get side effects of puberty first...it's not always the testicles. But maybe in your case they were?

give it time, testes are first to grow, puberty doesnt happen overnight ya know?
