how many guys get their chest muscle built up?
i do push ups but dont help much

kevin i would agree with you but im going to keep it here anyway because i find it question somewhat relating to puberty... Such as puberty makes some guys have boobs, so how to get rid of thouse could be a use in this topic... so ill keep it.

No, I dont expect you to have any fancy equipment or anything like that, Im just showing you the pics to see the type of excercises that work those muscles, you just need to improvise... :P

Maybe you could try lying on a bench or something and (like the guy in the second pic) try lifting bottles of water/coke etc in place of the weights? Or something like that...

Just make sure you dont overdo it! There is a reason you cant go and join a gym at any age, youre still growing and developing and you could cause yourself harm if you do too much.

i say, if you think you're overwheight, you should probably tell your mom or dad about it.
in fourth grade my friend was about seventy pounds overwheight and had very losw self esteem. and by the end of fourth grade he had joined a gym and lost all that weight and gained back his self confidence.

Until death do you part with your low self esteem. I'm starting to think, I could be 6'1" have a six pack and a body builder's frame and still think lowly of myself.

But yeah, I don't think it worth it. It takes to long. I tried so hard to get a six pack. I never saw those results.... I worked out daily. And, now I'm just an average guy again.

Muscles are overrated.
