Actually they forbid the use of "Glory holes" in public bathrooms because of indecent conduct. Still people do, do it still. Usually though you cannot partake in one unless you are 21 years of age or older. Plus, I would advise against it because it's worse that sex with someone you hardly know. You can't see the person, don't have any background at all. I smell an attempt to infect someone with a STD!
