if someone puts bad reputation how much does it go down it went from i think 7 to 22 in one hit

Reputation addition or deduction is relative to how many rep points they have. I believe.. .I have 27 26? idk. Look in the bottom ish left hand corner and you will see a red or green block(s) next to it is your rep power. When you give or deduct rep from someone they either gain/lose that number from who ever gave or deducted reputation.
