Ok, so yes i have Tourettes Syndrome. but no, i have it mild. i dont have any vocal tics just motor tics. but i think we should have a seperate subforum for this because 1 in 10 people out of 1000 have some form of Tourettes. because looking through the forum i see almost no posts about it and it makes me feel like i am alone. thanks for reading

It is possible that you are the only one who has Tourettes on this forum, but I think it is doubtful. Just be assured that you are not alone. I know a few people with tourettes. If you want to talk, PM me.

You have to consider the fact that this forum in general isn't as large as other forums are, so statistically, you're less likely to get people with Tourettes. Also, when this site is viewed, Tourrettes tends to not fall under the categories of schizophrenia, bipolar, depression, etc... .
That being said, you cannot simply say that you are the only forum-member with Tourettes because I do not think all members, new or old, have posted in here regarding a psychopathology that they may or may not have.

I write this, because I have a feeling that you didnīt see my first post.
Sometimes my head tilts to left so that I canīt even control it(itīs very fast and strong move), but it happens only few times a day. And sometimes my other eye blinks uncontrollably and the other doesnīt blink(the blink is faster and more powerful than a normal blink). That happens only a few times a day, too.
But I donīt think itīs Tourettes Syndrome. I think itīs somekinda temporary tic disorder.

My advice that I give to the user who has this Disability is not to tell anyone, because its blatantly obvious that you are going to further isolate yourself if you continue to exaggerate your medical conditions out to the public.
This idea of a thread is useless, as I and any person can see that this thread has failed to make betterment. I suggest that the user moves on and tries to socialise into other more civilized Threads rather than this thread.:what:

Why canīt people tell in internet about their disabilities? Why should people try to hide them?

I dont think that telling people on the internet is going to make me more isolated. because im not sad or depressed about this and it doesnt interfere with any part of my life. i was just looking for someone to talk to who also has it.
