there are other websites where you can talk to doctors in complete confidentiality.
it'll probably be a lot better to talk to people that actually know instead of people who might just have an idea/guess.

well that depends how big it is.
if it is dime sized to quarter sized or bigger then you ask a doctor. if it is just a small pimple sized bump than thats nomal. but if it gets bigger and wont go away, ask a doctor
