STD where do go?

I have been sleepin about for some time now, but a couple of days ago i did it with a girl without a condom. I'm sorta worried about STDs and so I was wondering if anyone could tell me to what sort of doctor am I suppose to refer to? One other thing I'm scare I might get an erection during the exam. I'm not gay, its just its happened before but manged to hide it. Is it considered normal in anyway to have an erection, or will I just have to look for another doctor in shame? Please answer honestly.

Any doctor is able to give an STD examination via blood and visual examination. As for a pphysical test erection, don't sweat it. They are professionals that understand the body. You'll be fine.
