Well it wont affect your sperm count, but it will enable your body to produce more semen, which is mainly what you ejaculate.

It will not increase sperm count, but I have read what you ejaculate is chemical something like 90% water. So, you drink more water, you should ejaculate more. In theory.

If you drink more water, you'll urinate more.

The body is self regulating, so when the little glands that make semen get the H2O they need, they take no more. So, basically, there's a set amount for each ejaculation, and then there's an amount of time needed to 'refill your tank'. Unless you're seriously dehydrated (or you're masturbating before your body replenishes itself), it's pretty much the same amount.

For me, you ejaculate much faster than usual if you drink alot before u jack off
