As I said in your other thread, unerect penises vary due to humidity and temperature and hormone levels. So it often varies. BUT, as your penis size erect will change through puberty, as will your unerect size. So give it time. There is no actual average for unerect because it varies from day to day. While erect penises are usually roughly the same.

I have 2.6' unerect so i beleve it's normal

I have a 2.3 unerect penis and im from singapore too ^^ going 14 yrs old, so i think its quite normal. Most of my friends also have about 2 to 2.5 inch penis.

Give it time, I was 3 in unerect when I was 13 and now 4 inch so it will grow over time, don't worry about it
