There's no shoutbox because there's a problem in the admin control panel... and I turned off modifications to see if one of them was causing the problem. It'll be back asap - I promise.

EDIT: Interesting, every time I try to shout, it says that, but then the shout shows up like a minute later. 0.o

Steph says that after you shout, refresh your browser. (F5)
And then it will appear in the box. :-)

However if I refresh the page, my shout is there.
