odd question about teenage breasts...

what is the average breast size of a 14 y/o girl, 120 lbs., 5'4"? Any one have a somewhat reasonable answer? Oh and could someone explain the whole A cup, B cup, C cup thing to me? I'm confused as to that.

no i'm a guy, i was just wondering because i go to school and either see breasts that are to large(bigger than my f'n head), or girls that seemed to have no breasts at all. We are all 18 so this has seemed a little odd lately...
