being watched while masterbating

Hi when I masterbate I always feel like I am being watched... so I do it under my bed. ( I have a bunk bed) Then I noticed what if someones watching me from the open area sides lol. So now I do it under my bed, with a blanket over me. I know it sounds weird but how can I make it with no feeling of being watched? Please help me.:(

Well there is almost no possibility that anyone is watching you when u lock ur door or close windows, so just try to get rid of the thought that someone is watching you. At least u can lock ur door, if i lock my door my parents will get suspicious, so i just close it, which is quite dangerous actually.

Perhaps the issue isn't so much that others are actually watching you, but rather your own guilt? Lots of people feel guilty masturbating, it's secretive and no one gave you permission to do it. And we all know that we're not supposed to keep secrets and do stuff without permission, so we feel 'guilty'.

However, everyone (of both genders) masturbates, it's normal and natural. As you get a bit older and more accustomed to it (and the urge), it will feel more 'normal', and you'll feel less guilty. And with that, the 'paranoia' will go away, too.

Your probaly right it is probaly just guilt thx but my parents r fine with me locking my door and my mom knows and she says its perfectily normal so I guess ill try rembering its normal

What are you scared of? Its perfectly natural. And I guarantee you there is a 99.9% chance your dad has masturbated too. If you are so scared, talk to your dad he will understad and you will not have to be afraid
