I always feel disgusted with myself when I masturbate and watch porn.
I sometimes get like this when having sex too.
It affects me really badly when I do experience it.
I have to shower/wash near enough straight away because I feel sick, dirty and disgusting.
These feelings are so strong that sometimes I can't have sex properly.
I'm trying to work on this, but it is slow.

Was just wondering if there were other people who feel negatively to any degree during/after these sexual activities...

i sumtimes to certain extents feel guilty bout doing it and watching porn cause sumtimes it feels like im lieing to my parents.

The only time I felt this is when I was doing something with some guy that was quite older and I was very young.

Not watching porn or with people around my age
and if I have an emotional relationship with the person, age isn't that much of a factor.
It's just when it's a meaningless physical relationship with a person significantly older than myself that I have every had any feelings of guilt or feeling dirty.

I only ever feel guilty when my conscience says something, which is weird because subconciously, I know that its normal. And I don't like the fact that I am lying to my parents. More than all, I am nervous about my parents finding out.

It happens to the best of us. for some simple reasons.
1)Masturbation and Pornography can be quite "sinnful" and is told to be so. Quite frankly i find it to be an output device...they want abstinance? Give it to them, maturbation and Porn helps.
2)Masturbation can sometimes make one feel desprate, or at least it does for me...it makes me feel like i want sex so bad that i do it by myself.

I cant see really any other reason...except maybe you being raised on Sex and Masturbation and such being bad.
