I think this is something called 'Sex Drive'.
What you are experiencing is normal even if you feel its excessive. Learn to accept your sex drive as a normal part of your existence. It will change later, in the mean time it can become less annoying to you if you accomodate it. Maybe because you have had a child, you enjoyed it and are feeling 'Broody'. This is normal for new mums and parents. Especially since your 18.
However if you feel that it's getting in your way of your social life, I believe that there are ways of controlling it....I'll get back to you on that, or someone else will.

Its completely normal to be horny,
Your in puberty still, and your hormones are are still flying around.
But, if you really want to stop being horny, because its in the way of life, either ignore the urges (willpower) or see a doctor (although im not sure how much they can help?)

Well, you use the word 'constantly' a bit too much here for it to be 'just' normal anything. Sure, teens of both genders masturbate a lot, and think about sex a lot, but they can also control it a lot, too. Esp. at 18. And Esp. when they have other responsibilities, like caring for a child.
I'd say that regardless of your other concerns about telling a doc, you should. With the added responsibility of a child, you need to be at 110%, and not preoccupied by thoughts or urges of any kind that might interfere with that. There's potentially a lot at stake.
Go tell your doc, and find a therapist to at least assess that whatever it is that's causing these constant thoughts and needs to masturbate are due just to puberty, or something deeper that needs treatment.
