I have recently noticed that I have these small little red bumps on penis... I'm not sure if they've always been there but they have caught my attention the other day.
They are small (very small) dots on the rim of the head of the penis. I am scared I have PPP (pearly penile papules) I searched on google and mine don't look that big... but then again i'm 14. And then I searched regular penis head and saw that on the rim of some of the penisied they also had fairly small bumps aswell.
I'm quite unsure if this is something to worry about or not?
also they look like white heard pimple white in the center and red more around them :)

yea, um, since you said you were 14, you probably have a couple pimples, also because you said they were white headed. so you are probably fine.
p.s- didn't know anyone else was up

If you're uncircumcized it's most likely PPP, it's VERY common. They most likely won't grow much, but if you're really worried about it there are some cosmetic treatments availible to reduce their size.
So if you haven't had a sexual encounter I wouldn't worry about it at all, a lot of guys get PPP.

Hiya Sam (veeery cool name, btw!)
PPP is a favorite online diagnosis here, but rememebr that only your doc can accurately diagnose you. You might want to ask him next time.
My bet would be that those little bumps are normal skin texture, maybe you're noticing them now b/c you're 14 and looking more at your penis, and perhaps you're masturbating more. The friction caused could accentuate what's there, esp. on the rim, which would be more prone to friction, anyway, being the part that sticks out the most.
As long as they do not get bigger, bleed/ooze, or hurt I think this is probably normal and you're ok. You might try a little vaseline JELLY (not the lotion) for a while and see if that helps.

Pearlies tend to be white not red IIRC and they are harmelss.
If you aren't sexually active they are mostly likely pearlies or just plain old common'o'garden spots.
Either way if you really think it's something to worry about trot down to your vet and see what he says about it (don't be shy, he's seen everthing!)
