ok, so im 12 turnin 13 in 2 months and im pretty sure ive hit puberty cuz i have pubic hair. not alot, but i have. what i want to know is that when i j.o, no white sperm comes out, just clear stuff. i don't know if this is pre cum or there is something wrong. i get all the good feelings and stuff but i don't know. plzzzz help

it's not pre cum, it's semen but without the sperm.

It would be white if there was sperm in the semen, but you have not developed far enough to produce the sperm to make the semen white. You will eventually, and everyone goes through this stage.
