If you get hit in the balls really bad, can they break off or bleed?

The testicles can become constricted from blood supply, the sac can be punctured, and You could get bruising.
Normally, when something strikes the testicles, a man will feel nauseous for a short period. This can last up to an hour but if it bruises or vomitting installs, you need to seek medical attention to be safe. It could be serious, but never fatal.
Now, if there is bleeding, a torn or punctured sax, vomitting, possibly faining and EXCRUCIATING pain, you need to talk to a doctor immediately. Like, ER. Prolly not 911, because you can take yourself to the ER or have someone because you don't want to have an ambulance ride cost. But, if there are these signs, get help.
Edit to comment above: Um, no... I'm gonna doubt that because the testicles are durable, but also well protected. Though, they can be "crushed" or have a contusion considerably easy compared to a bone.

I'm pretty sure the pain would be enough to get you to stop way before 1000 pounds though; don't try it.
I doubt it's nearly that amount: but yes, they can bleed (like any other body part) and they can be ripped off. I doubt they'll just fall off if you get kicked; if they do, go to the doctor as soon as possible-- you may have leprecy.

You don't need 1000 pounds, it works on presure exherted per square inch, which is why a woman wearing stillettos does more damange to a dance floor then an elephant.
They won't break off but they can bleed, they can also twist which cuts of the bloody supply (testicular torsion) or rupture which is very very very very bad.

Bleed? Yes. Break off? No...well it depends on how you are hit. There is a possibility that your vas deferens could become disconnected but this is REALLY bad and I suggest you ignore it at all costs.

Let me guess the 'secret' question here: You got hit in the testicles, they hurt like mad, and you're worried.
The answer is that the testicles ARE very sensitive, and as a result, pain is exaggerated, what SHOULD be death really isn't.
Although you can 'break' them, they can be seriosuly injured, bleed, or twist on their cord, if any of that happens the pain is excruciating and continuous, there's enormous swelling, you really know it's a 911 event.
Otherwise, they're just reminding you of their 'special' status as being veeery sensitive. They can withstand a lot of stuff and work just fine. If there's an 'event' but it passes, you're OK.
