Help, I don't know what to do about them. I've started some but they're only half filled out. Is it to late to fill them out if I continue in January?

There should be a deadline clearly stated on them. Find the deadline and get them done accordingly.

As mentioned above, you should consult the due dates on the forms about when you need to get them in. Let your fingers do the walking, and contact the scholarship granting organization directly if there are any doubts.
As for scholarships and financial aid in general, you should fill out your FAFSA as soon as January 1st as possible. DO NOT fill out a FAFSA before January 1st as it will not be accepted for the next school year. You will need a copy of your's and your parents' tax returns from last year to fill out a FAFSA. Using tax returns is the easiest way to fill out a FAFSA form as it asks questions that correspond to the line number on the tax form. If you don't know what a FAFSA is, then visit the Department of Education's link at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ The FAFSA is the free application for Federal student aid, and filling out such an application will help you also get access to State financial aid, too. Some colleges also require you fill out forms in addition to the FAFSA, and definitely contact your college in question if it does have additional requirements.
