About once a day, I feel like my balls are having a muscle spasm. They seem to contract and release rapidly for about thirty seconds. This happens during the day when I'm preoccupied, and I'm not sure what it is. I think it might be them pumping sperm to other glands to add the extra things that make semen. I masturbate often, so could this be the case? Also, do any other guys feel this happen?

The testicles. if they are warm they will dangle, but if they are cold they will get close to you penis.

Well that didn't answer my question, I apprieciate the help, but they seem to rapidly contract and release, almost too quickly to be caused by temperature. It seems more likley, in my opinion, that they are pumping sperm to the other glands.

The testicles never really 'pump'. When sperm mature, they move from the testicles and are stored in the part of the cord that lies right against the testicle, where they're pumped out of during orgasm/ejaculation. Also, there's no muscle in the testicles, so they cannot 'pump'. You wouldn't feel the sperm moving from the testicles to their storehouse in much the same way you cannot feel blood (typically) moving thru your veins.

So, if you're feeling some muscular contraction (if that is accurate), then it must be, well, some muscle contracting down there, there are a number of muscle groups that could do that. But, it would be a random thing, probably not moving sperm.
