Well the girl i really liked i told her i couldnt be with her, and well im starting to move on i guess, i went to a show last night and hung out with some really awsome girls and totally forgot about her, and well shes ubsessed with me now, i dono what to do, i just want to be her friend but she doesnt get it, what do i do

Three "don'ts":
Don't say things like "maybe someday" to make her feel better.
Don't encourage the idea of a relationship to smooth things over.
Don't do things that hinted of a relationship before (such as pet names or discussions of a relationship).
Three "do's":
Do make it clear that you two can only be friends.
Do try to maintain the friendship, because friends are valuable.
Do seek to limit contact if she can not understand this (such as logging into instant messengers less, living more outside the internet).
Those are my thoughts.

i did, and she keeps just like, shes always like hey babe, and putting <3, and telling me she loves me and i keep telling her, i jsut want to be your friend, i cant do it and she keeps getting sad, and then back to her normal self

You know, it's online, the advantage of online is that you have more control over the time you spend with her. If she doesn't get the message and cannot respect your wishes, it sounds like it might be time to move on.
