Weeelll..

As i've posted in a question about maps, i'm doing in imigration project on sweden [i found the info w/o a map eventually]

But.. I need help finding something.

I need like 10 "Pictures, documents (photocopies are fine) or artifacts (like coins)" for a 'visual element' of this thing

Anyways.. artifacts are out of the question for my project as i don't have any family history [that i have access to...]

But i don't have a clue where to start for pictures that i can caption. LIke pictures of stuff people would bring, ships, families, stuff like that.

Where can i go for this?
Links are helpful, but i don't know where to start for a search

Have you tried to contact the Swedish Embassy to see if it could be of any assistance to you? The Cultural Attache at most embassies in the world are supposed to help the host country understand the Embassy's country, and most cultural attaches have very detailed websites or will direct to resources which can help you. If you are from the United States, then you should visit the Embassy of Sweden at http://www.swedenabroad.com/Start____6989.aspx The integration and migration page of the Swedish embassy might be of assistance: http://www.swedenabroad.com/Page____43018.aspx Also, you should visit the website of the Swedish Migration Board: http://www.migrationsverket.se/main/english/firstpage.jsp

that's interesting.

I don't expect a govt. agency to help much, but i'll look into it

[side note: i've found most of the pictures i need now, with WAAAAAAY too much googling, and about a gazillion screenshots]
