Tell an adult (parent or teacher), call a child helpline, call or go and see a doctor! I'm sure they can help you. This is very serious. Don't let it go!

Good Luck :¬)

when you feel like cutting, just go like punch a wall or something. sure there may be a hole left there, but you can fix a broken wall. or go for a long, long, LONG walk to clear your head. or you can call a friend and just talk til you feel better. just make sure that that friend is someone who knows whats going on because they are more likely to listen to you rant and vent.
i know this worked for me. im a musician so whenever i got the urge to cut, i would just grab one of my instruments and just start playing away the pain. sometimes i would play for hours on end. when i stopped, i felt better for a while. this worked best for me. now, im a much better musician from all the practice hours i logged.
whatever you decide to do, make sure it is something that will take your mind off of your depression and wanting to cut yourself. the longer you focus on the problem, the longer it will take for you to find the solution. if you ever want to talk, just message me.

I agree with this completely. You need to tell an adult so you can get some help figuring out what's making you so sad and find other ways of dealing with it.

Go tell someone. And Happy Birthday!

Cutting is a mental issue. It should be worked out with an adult, and therapist. Tell your parent's or an adult at school.

The root of the problem here is your depression, not your cutting. You could stop cutting one day but you would still be depressed and, then, simply turn to some other addiction to aid you.

The best advice I can give you is to talk to someone about WHY you are depressed. If the issue is something that can be resolved, then myself or others here or in your personal life may be able to help you resolve it. If the issue is more innate to who you are (i.e., if the issue is an inseparable part of you), then you need to talk to someone who can help you accept and value your depression as a necessary part of your existence.

Becoming comfortable with depression itself can do much to help prevent future self-harming. If you ever need to talk to anyone feel free to contact me.

You're going to have to explain to me, how anyone's depression could ever be an innate part of them.

Well, sure, I can certainly try! I don't, however, want to hijack the thread with my philosophical beliefs, so rather than post here - or make an all new thread explaining it - I will simply send you a PM! :D
