I can be randomly found singing "Jingle Bells" any time of the year. lol.
I don't really have a favorite Christmas Carol, but as far as Christmas related songs go, I like MCR's version of "All I Want For Christmas Is You" and any music in the Charlie Brown Christmas movies, even though it always makes me sad.
