Fight with brother

I need help. I might need anger managment. My brother has had a knack for getting on my nerves. Today he went overboard on I did too. He kept bugging me and I hurt him bad. I hit the back of his head and he started to cry and cough. My mom started to yell at me saying she could call the cops on me and how I could kill him one day on accident. My grandma yelled at me also saying I should join the army. I feel awful, really bad. I banged my fist a couple of times on my own head. If I was offered a chance to die, I'd take it. Im not feeling to well now.

Jared, 'Anger management' is just a fancy term for self control, it makes it seem more difficult than it is.

If your bro gets on yuor nerves, use your words to express yoursel to him, and if he doesn't listen, use those same words with your mom or grandmother or other adult nearby. Let them take care of it.

There's no need (or benefit) in hitting yourself in the head now, just make sure you start using some self control, and maybe apologize to your bro and move on.

yeah just tell an adult if he is doingany thingtoyouand you want him to stop also think before you act and dont harm your felf since thats not gonna change/help any thing, i hope this helps.
