well my girlfriend is 14 years old (she turned 14 on august 25)ever since october shes been complaining to me about how "my nipples hurt" and ive noticed that her boobs have been getting bigger over time.i tell her that if she lets me massange her boobs it will make it better :D but she says no and w/e anyways.i wanna no if theres any problem with her or is it puberty?

its common for the nipples and breasts on the whole to be sensitive and hurt while they develop. you are being rather sleazy suggesting that massaging them will make them better. nice try mate :P but if she is concerned about them then suggest to her to tell her mother, a sister or older female. maybe if she is really concerned, she could see a doctor just to be safe, but it would be unlikely that anything is wrong.
