well im 14 now (i turned 14 in september 19)
and since then ive been losing alooooooot of weight.i only work out about 3-2 times a day and i dont even eat much difrent then before(chiken,bbq,rice,beans,etc..)but now i jsut eat more fruits and vegetables.i was thinking its cause i was going tru puberty that im losing all this am i right?


september 19,2008 weight=about 175 pounds
december 13,2008 weight=about 157

it is possible that you are lossing all of your baby fat or the wiehgt you naturakky gain when going thru puberty. but i am not certain so dont take my word for it

mostly in puberty you do lose you baby fat but it mostly seems that your eating healthy and less junk food and working out with that combination will make you lose weight so it doesn't really seem like puberty is doing this but your doing it to your self
