To mature before starting physical puberty?I mean, I have started it a while a go but I seem to be more mature than most kids at my school.But is it possible?

Sure it's possible. Masturbation is "stimulating your genitals" so you could masturbate pretty much your whole life, but ejaculating is a different story. Actually a lot of kids when they're small experiment around but don't really know what they're doing.
