The definition of virgin varies between people. Mine is that once you do any sexual act with another person, you lose it (be it just a bj or hj, or full intercourse). Other people's definitions are way slacker though, which leads to such nonsense as "I had anal sex but I'm still a virgin". I'm sorry, but as far as I'm concerned, no you aren't.

I would say if you were penetrated by penis then no. But if you had anal sex meaning he moved in and out or your anus then yes you had sex and you lost your virginity. Getting or giving oral sex does not constitute losing your virginity.

The fact that he didn't cum has no bearing on weather you are a virgin.

No what I mean to say if he penetrated you and moved it in and out at all that would be considered anal sex and no you are a not a virgin to anal sex any more. Just because he didn't cum has no bearing on whether you lost your virginity or not. The fact that you were penetrated does.
