Don't you find it really frustrating when you have to do an assignments on your own strengths and weaknesses (or "developmental needs" as my lecturer as put it)?

I am currently doing one on this topic and it is giving me such a brain ache.
Honestly, I think these types of question are given just to mess with our heads!

I currently have the EXACT same type of an assignment for a final assignment. I'm not looking forward to doing it.

Oh, good luck with that! Will you get anything to help you out?

We were given the opportunity to take some psychometric tests so, we have the reports generated by them to give us some pointers.

We were actually given copies from a workbook that has activities to do. It's called "The Personal Vision Workbook." There are activities in it to come up with an "element of identity" for these things: mind, relationships, heart, body, and spirit. Then we have to create a personal vision.
