If you don't like the look of your body with hair like that, then my recommendation would be to get it removed (the hard and painful way). Shaving is really uneffective for a lot of things. Waxing is your best bet.

you should do what you want to do irs your choice not ars but my advice to you is that i hvae heard geting it waxed slows the growth of it a little i might be wrong but thats what i heard and remember do what you want its your body and noone else controlls you.

Waxing pulls it out at the root, shaving just cuts it off on the end, this can result in a lot of bad things, like boils, discomfort, ect.

I'd go waxing too since shaving it would make it itchy when it grows back.

I understand exactly what you're going through, except people didn't make fun of me in the locker rooms or anything. I mean they noticed it and there were a lot of jokes, but there will be even more if you shave it. I shaved it once and everyone was like why would you do that, they all wished they had hair.

I'd say don't shave. They aren't really making fun of you. They might joke, but if you just take in the jokes, maybe even join them in it, it's not a big deal.

I know exactly how you feel, and it was hard being the hairest guy in the locker room at times while everyone has a barechest. However, at this point with it being common knowledge that you have a hairy chest you will endure more ridicule for shaving it than for keeping your hair. My experience has been such that the other guys are pretty much jealous and feel less masculine than the hairy guy, and they think that by putting down the hairy guy they are big shots. However, keep in mind that you have a very masculine trait, and you should be proud of it rather than being ashamed of it. Keep in mind that the other boys will catch up soon enough, and you won't be the only hair guy in the class.

Finally, it is a no-win struggle to shave off chest hair, and I would not do it as it is a pain to remove it, and it hurts like anything when the chest hair grows back in. I say keep it as you are not a freak for having chest hair.

Chest hair is PAINFUL to get off. Plus since some parts of your chest are relatively hard, you can cut yourself easily.

As Pontiac said, they're probably jealous :)
