I'm getting sick big time, ive been closed up with three smokers, ok im a bit worried....Like if i have to stay with it much longer could it affect my lungs? It sounds like ive been smoking i have smokers cough, and a horrible sore throat. Frequent headaches/dizziness....

ehh is there anything i can do to like stop breathing as much in or..

Short term second hand smoke won't do any major damage to your lungs. The only reason you're getting sick is because you aren't used to it.

im used to it i live in the house with it, we kinda traveling....so cant get away

When I say used to it I mean you don't smoke yourself.

I used to be real sensitive to second hand smoke until I started smoking myself. Now it doesn't bother me at all.

You could try to make a breathing filter and shove it in your nose. Otherwise the only thing you can do is open some windows.

It can cause serious damage if you breath it for a long time

They should really have more respect for a young one like yourself! It's bad enough to be smoking around someone who doesn't want to be smoked around, but refusing to give you some relief, that's mean! My mother and aunt smoke, they always roll down the window in the car for me. The best thing you can do when in this situation again is to do what skhorpion said and make a filter out of something.
