iTunes 8.0.2

So, I just opened up my iTunes (without my iPod) and I get a message saying that iTunes version 8.0.2 has been released and asked me if I wanted to download it. I clicked yes and nothing has shown up that 8.0.2 is downloading.

Can someone please tell me why this is? I'd really love to update my iTunes.
