K I think this is the best place to put this. Okay so im 13 and im really concerned about my stomach. I'm not fat, it's just recently, its been sticking out and i feel really fat and out of shape. I don't eat a lot of junk food either, but I don"t work out for 2 hours our anything. Can you help me on what to do? PLZ! I feel embarrassed in the locker room!

As you start to mature, you are going to put on weight. It's a fact of life.
But I understand insecurities. You could do some crunches or sit ups. You could do them while watching t.v. I often do that. I also do a "Reverse Sit Up" I hold myself in a halfway "Up" position and hold it for as long as I can. It really works my abs. The lower you go, the more it works your abs.

Don't eat food late at night, eat breakfast, eat vegetables and fruit, do crunches, walk rather than bike/bus/take a car to certain places..
Run up and down stairs?
