Go slow; make sure she's really aroused before you "go in". That will make it easier since she shouldn't feel as uncomfortable... since she'll be "self lubricated" lol :D

Also, if that's not enough use actual lube, but make sure its water-based! As we know, oil-based lubes destroy condoms!

Foreplay is always so important, but often rushed. Try some kissing and cuddling for a good while before getting into anything else. Also, outercourse (rubbing etc) is a really intimate thing and can help arousal.
