You'll get AIDS only if he has it just like with any other STD but still he could get a urinary tract infection(I think) so tell him to wrap it up or no glove no love.

Yes, definatley. That is the best way to stop him or you getting any infections or other nasty stuff.

Two issues here; First is the AIDS issue. You can only get AIDS from an infected person. Given his proclivities here, let's assume he's had anal sex with other guys before you, and that also given his desire to go bareback with you, that he's done this, too. This means he's engaged in risky sex, which means that you should not be doing this unprotected. I agree that it's a good habit anyway to always wear a condom, you never know, and why risk it.

The second issue is the one about him wanting to and you're not being so sure about it. In a relationship, a good relationship, no one's needs or desires are more important than the others, things that are done jointly (like sex) are decided jointly. Your wanting to please him is very nice, however not at the expense of your own discomfort. If you're uncomfortable doing anything in a relationship, you have the right to be heard. If you are 'afraid' of what might happen, it's not a very good relationship, and you might want to reconsider being in it (nevertheless having him be inside you!).

Have him use a condom.

They found a small case of bone marrow transplant where one man was cured of aids and it was in another country

And its not very unlikely you will get aids, although it is less likely than something like herpes, where 1/5 (or 1/4 or something like that) adults have it
But it is completely possible,
Anal, oral, and vaginal- all three can give you an STD such as AIDs or herpes

From my experience in anal its also easier to use a condom acts a more lube! But lube up and use a condom or no sex mate

you can only get aids if the person your having sexual intercourse with has the disease (and they can catch it from their mother by being concieved with aids). any genetal touching should be done with a condom on.

but the best way to prevent aids, is to not have sex with someone with aids.

That doesn't matter. Even if he doesn't cum, he might still be at risk because a sexually transmitted disease is from the genitals itself. So not the cum.
