A guy wouldn't really need to fake an orgasm but a lot of times, not saying that all girls do, but a lot of times girls fake orgasms to make guys feel better about them selves because they made a girl have an orgasm.

Because some people can't orgasm from just penetration, or other kinds of stimulation. They fake it because they think their partner will be hurt if they tell them the truth, but it's a bad habit to get into.
