Well I have a kinds serious problem, it started a few days ago... Whenever I jack off, both during and a little after, I get this massive headache... It feels like my head is about to explode from pressure. I have no idea what this is, but it's so bad I can't masturbate because it hurts that bad... It feels kinds like there's an extreme amount of pressure building up in my head and is about to explode...

WTF is wrong with me? It hurts soooo bad, worse than caffien withdrawl headaches.. :(

This sounds like a blood pressure issue, this is something you should talk over with your doctor.

What you're describing is called a post-coital headache. It's caused by the increase in blood pressure that accompanies sexual activity and orgasm.

I used to get them as well. Painful as all hell. But of course... I jacked off anyways. ;) Just spent a fiair bit of time with headaches haha.

I can't really give any advice on how to get rid of them, because I started getting them for no one reason I can figure out about a month after I started jacking off; I stopped having them in just the same way, for no reason that I can discern.

In my experience its really fine.
I had the exact same thing- I asked my parents about it, and they said they had the same thing
Try making it less stressful, put a pillow under your head, do it while no one is around, and use your shoulder less
Try to go slower, and take it from there

If it doesnt get better in 2 weeks - 1 month, see a doctor

Frequency of masturbation doesn't effect intensity of headaches (or whether or not they happen, for that matter) to my knowledge. Obviously, if he never jacks off he won't get them... but for a teenager, I don't think I need to point out how unrealistic that is. :P

As you masturbate blood presure increases, if you do it several times in one day it will stay above normal and thus vastly increase the chances you are going to get a headache.
