I am just about HATING school right now.

We have an effing CRITICAL LENS essay packet that I had to do tonight. What's a critical lens essay? I'm not really sure either. Apparently it is general freshman knowledge. My stupid teacher wouldn't help me.

I hate school right now. I hate English, I hate Earth Science with a PASSION. I really just want to crawl into bed and sleep. For about 2 weeks.

I'd take a De-stress day, although that would just make it worse. Then I'd get behind.

Oh my god I love essay's.

High School will get a lot better. Trust me. Just don't make the wrong choices. Pick out some cool extra classes and take Spanish and you will do just fine.

I don't foresee it getting much better. I am taking 10th grade math and science when I am in 9th grade so I can't really choose any classes. They are basically chosen for me. I'm not taking Spanish, I am taking French. My school doesn't have many cool extra classes. The only class that I really WANT to take is Food Sciences. My mom and I talked it over with my guidance counselor and she said that "You really don't need to take that. It won't transfer any credits over and you will have to give up a study hall." Well I don't care if I get credits or I gave up a study hall, I wanted to take it. But nope. "It's really necessary that you have as many study halls as you can. And once you get into college and have credits you will thank me."

Man... lucky.
We didn't get study hall in high school.
I'd drop a study hall to take a class that I wanted to take in a heart beat though.

Study halls are basically filler classes. I have one because I am not taking Chorus which frees up a period every other day. And I am not taking an Art class which also frees up a period every other day.

This year I am lucky, it is after ALL my classes so I have time to get started on homework.
