So, I know there are probably a lot of threads over weight. But, I'm not going to say I'm fat. . .
I'm 18, 5'0 and weigh about 91-93lbs. Am I under weight over or average? Because For my height I would think I was over but then for my age I would think I am under.
So I'm not really sure on the part on should I gain or stay. Help please

Try taking the BMI test: http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calculator.aspx
It'll tell you whether your over-weight, under weight, or an average weight.
And the thread here has everyone's BMI that has posted.

I'm not sure if this is TOTALLY accurate but it's what I figured.

From this, you're pretty close to being under weight so maybe IF YOU WANT, you could try eating more. You don't have to because your still within the healthy weight percentile but just to make sure, you can if you want.

You're fine, don't worry about it.

Your height, shape, size, weight, whatever... It doesn't matter!
Going by your measurements alone, I would say that your are a little under... BUT as long as you eat healthily (not necessarily more) and keep up with the excercise, you'll be fine! And since your dad's a doctor, you're probably into that routine already.
If it's really worrying you, talk to your dad... but it shouldn't because there's a theory between scientists about your body choosing a weight during puberty and never actually varying far from that for the rest of your life...

BMI tests don't take into account bone mass, muscle percentage, etc, etc. Muscle weighs tice as much as fat.
So that could make someone really muscley appear really overweight, in a BMI test.

BMI is accurate most of the time. It only takes your height, weight, and age into account. Not muscle mass or bone mass. But it should give you a general statement of where you stand. I think you are at a healthy body weight.
