Story line first, everyone needs a story line.
I'm kinda fat, not like floppy fat, just a little smidgen larger than usual, but I feel like its pretty fat. I always suck in my stomach around people.
The thing is, I've been exercising a bit lately to try and lose weight, and I was doing some crunches a few hours ago, but now my abdominal muscles are really sore, and there's red lines where the edge of the muscle is, as if they've kind of popped out a bit, and I have school in 5 hours. How can I make them unsore in 3 hours without much physical activity involved? (It's night)

Doesn't matter. I'm no longer sore.
