Anyways, I've got a few problems. I am currently 17 years old, and I haven't had sex yet. :( We live in a small town, so I am asking you, is this unnatural, that seventeen year old boy, doesn't have sex? :( I had like 6 girls who approached to me, and wanted to be with me, but I am always too scared to be with someone, mostly because when I'm under a slightly bit of pressure, my hands become sweaty, so I think that none of the girls will like that. :( My penis is 18cm = 7.1 inches long. Is that normal? ( I noticed the sticky topic, but I figured out that this could be posted in one ) Also, I've got some kind of white dots over my penis shaft, and head ( actually my foreskin, since I'm not circumcised ) Which leads to another problem. Whenever I masturbate, and I try to pull my skin down, my foreskin starts to tighten up, and hurt. I know that this isn't normal, and I am too shameful to tell this to my parents, since they never educated me about any sexual intercourses, and things.

You sound like a very normal 17 year old to me, except your penis is a bit larger than average. I'm guessing there are quite a few guys your age who cannot fully retract their foreskin, but I don't know. It is perfectly fine for a 17 year old to be a virgin though. I was a virgin until I was 19.

Well your age doesn't determine whether you should have had sex yet. If you're going to have sex, it should be with someone you care about and have feelings for. Your penis is a bit on the large side but it's totally normal. If those white dots are on the base of your penis then their probably just hair follicles where your pubic hair will or already has grown. If they like right below your penis head then its probably smegma which is a collection of dead skin cells, oil, and moisture. You should wash underneath your foreskin whenever you shower to stop smegma from building up. If you can't pull back your foreskin past the head then it is probably to tight. When you are taking a shower, you should pull back your foreskin to stretch it out but don't pull it back to far because you don't want it to tear. Pull it back as far as it can go WITHOUT hurting and hold it there and just do that every day and you should start seeing results in about a month.

its normal for a 17 year old to not be having sex. you should only have sex when your ready, not when you hit a certain age. your penis is larger than an average adult by about an inch. and many people have a hard time pulling their foreskin down. if you want some advice on how to retract it more, look at the ultimate puberty guide written by me (lookie (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=32886))

Don't worry about still having your V's at 17, there really is no rush and no "normal" time to loose this ;)
Sweaty palms are quite normal and it's coz your nervious just try and relax more and be cool around girls.
Your penis size if fine the spots sound like whiteheads or pearlies which are nothing to worry about unless they go hard or start to hurt.
Many guys have tightish foreskins, there are ways to stretch it and if it causes you any problems go see your doc (you don't have to tell your 'rents why you need see him and the doc won't say anything).
If you do go to the doc make sure that circumcision is advised as a last resort.
