do you masturbate? if so, then you just answered your question as to why you don't have a wet dream. you have one because of a buildup of semen and spermotozoa and your body needs to let it out. so you get a wet dream, or you simply ejaculate after orgasm. also, if you don't masturbate, then perhaps your body hasn't begun producing sperm yet.

a wet dream happens if you don't masturbate often

example: if you masturbate twice a day, everyday then it's more likely you won't have a wet dream. Where as if you only masturbate twice a week then you should have a wet dream. Assuming of coursse yo have hit that stage in puberty.
